Mike started his career in fitness two decades ago, working at General Nutrition Centers, and has been immersed in health and fitness ever since. Today, he splits his time between building fitness brands and raising his two daughters—a role he’s most proud of. His passion for fitness goes beyond lifting weights; it’s about creating opportunities, building communities, giving back and helping people live better, stronger lives. That and chasing down Spencer to make more social media content!

First grinding on the baseball field, now chasing down a natural pro card in bodybuilding. Spencer lives for the structure, the sacrifice, and the daily grind it takes to level up. His proudest moment? Stripping it all down, pushing through prep, and stepping on stage for the first time — proving to himself that he could go all the way. To him, fitness isn't a hobby — it's a lifestyle. It's about showing up, holding yourself accountable, and cutting through the noise.
